I live in San Francisco, kind of high up on a hill where there are no city lights to obstruct the view of the stars and all and i see that star every night and others too.But the bright one follows the moon in the same path every night. It's really cool to see. The other ones are smaller and they flash red and blue (probably not stars though). Very cool

The One Source from whence He came is also the One Source from whence many spiritual Teachers, of other traditions, have come to teach the world about the eternal Love of the One God, helping humanity on its evolutionary journey. Bright Star heralds the emergence of Maitreya the World Teacher

On 12 Dec 2008 Share International distributed a news release announcing that in the very near future a large, bright star will appear in the sky visible throughout the world, night & day. Around a week later Maitreya will give his first interview on major US TV.

Since early Jan 2009 sightings of the star have been reported from Norway, South Africa, US, Dubai and Qatar. Reports have already appeared in Norwegian newspapers.
