i'm from scotland and we call swedes - neeps :) they are quite hard and sweet tasting esp when cooked and not that far off tasting bit like a carrot raw as in it's sweetish. I love em and have them cut up in my fridge along with my carrot sticks :) you are doing great keep it up

Don't know any good recipes but me personally anything with strawberries and bananas was a real treat for me ^_^. Not sure if it's good but I blend them both with pineapple juice and drink it or make a pseudo yogurt. Haha

had a really good salad the other night with green leafy lettuce, strawberries, cashews, walnuts, orange slices, apple slices and lemon instead of dressing. <3 so good.
