There is a track of a baby crying embedded in the song... when a woman hears it, it causes her to produce hormones that she would produce if she needed to feed a baby. It's an evolutionary trait. If you listen to it for a few times a day, it really does work, but when you stop listening to it for more than a few days, they go back to normal.

My advice would be to look up breast developement stages and see if yours are developed yet. Some girls boobs will stop growing earlier. If they aren't, wait a few years and just focus on being healthy
