The lg dare is way better than the versa.... 1st. the dare has a better camera and you can record in slow motion 2nd. the internet is way easier to use on the dare because the screen is bigger 3rd. the touch screen is more responsive and lots more so if u are wondering witch one to get i would get the dare

It's up to you, if you think it's worth the money. Honestly, idk, I like it a lot, but I just use it to text/talk, nothing I couldn't do with the enV2. If you want an internet features, def get a smartphone over this though, it kills the battery so fast

Verizon Wireless does sell a high capacity battery for the Versa. If you subscribe to VCast, consider ordering one.

Sometimes I find the display doesn't respond to a touch on the first try and have to press 3 or 4 times before it takes.

1 complaint about the Versa is that if you use the keyboard attachment, you cannot use the optional belt holster. The holster is designed for the main unit only. LG might want to address that at some point.

Well I think for a lotta texting you need a keyboard, cuz all touch screen phones except the iPhone are just a pain after a while and you can't type fast. Both the versa and touch are pretty nice phones, and type fast with the keyboards. I would personally recommend the versa for you, so you can have the option of a smaller touch screen phone and without the keyboard. The versa's keyboard will also double as a case for you. Honestly, though, both phones are really nice

It really depends. If you use it to text and talk but don't really use the internet or something that keeps the screen on for long periods of time, than its good for a few days. But the internet really drains it if you use it. So I'd say the battery's average, not too bad but it doesn't last a really long time either
