21:43 In explaining why Clinton's rating is so high is attributed to the "Liberal/Democrat" journalist theory (popular of course among non-Liberal/Democrats) does not hold as much as weight as the fact that Clinton's approval ratings were much higher than Bush's when they both left office.
17:07 Medford severely underrated Washington. GW could have easily retired at Mount Vernon after war but accepted the nomination as President because everyone thought he was the only one to keep the infant nation together with all the internal bickering between North/South and/or Federalists and Republicans. He is up there not just because he was the first. She should have done her homework.

duh, george washington is the only man to consider as the greatest leader of our country, no, the history of the world! are you kidding me, lincoln was good, overrated but good. but for christ's sake, washington was a military mastermind and none of you would be in this great nation without him. he turned the tide, he wrote the first page of american history.
These lists are funny. The compilers are sentimentalists, like everyone else. "Lincoln freed the slaves, Washington won the revolution, FDR reversed the depression." The same old memes, no fresh analysis. Not surprising; there's nothing to analyze. They're all the same, having played the same role: maintainer of the class system.
Ignoring them in that role, focusing on their ideas, the only one worth reading is Jefferson. He was quite forward thinking, although he didn't act on those ideas.

Regan was #1 since Abe. carter and clinton did more to destroy America and will go down as the worst Presidents in our time. I'll bet Obama will top them with his socialist, marxist agenda
You've obviously done time at the Mises Institution of Neo-Confederate Studies. That place is like a halfway house for those transitioning from the John Birch Sanitarium; you should run away and not look back.
Anyway, rest assured, Obama is an enthusiastic capitalist -- maybe not your favorite flavor of capitalist, but he ain't no socialist.
Newton is a scientific genius. Please DO NOT call the peanut-farming failure from Plains, Georgia a scientific genius. It speaks volumes about your pathetic perspective.
Apparently anyone who looks good and can read will qualify to be our president. Never before have we had a president who always uses a teleprompter when he speaks to us. When he doesn't use the teleprompter (as on Jay Leno and 60 minutes) he shows us how unprepared he is to be president. What will Obama's teleprompter say to us tomorrow?
I can't believe people still idolize Reagan. That nutjob caller complaining about liberals "destroying america"...ugh! Words fail me in expressing my disgust.

Kennedy above Reagan? Very scientific huh? No political bias. No popularity here.

@michaelkris71 Reagan was pretty bad at leadership, mostly he was a crowed pleaser.

WELCOME TO ZIMBABWE.
Employers are forced by regulations to not be able to discriminate on the quality of work or work ethic.
We will be out done and be the worst country to live in because other countries fire bad workers and or people with bad work ethic.
People do a bad job because people are protected by anti discrimination laws.
We won't build or do anything better then any one because we don't have to.

Honestly what did Eisenhower and Truman do to deserve to be on 5 and 6? I believe that Kennedy should be 5 and everyone should be moved up one.

Very interesting. It was uncomfortable listening to that caller from Brooklyn or Queens rambling on for so long!

Thank you. No one in this country even knows what socialism even is. Evidently, anyone who spends money is a socialist.

So Carter went down because he started to speak the truth about Israeli apartheid.
