do you think this would be good for bleached hair? and do you reccomend adding heat?

I think it would be good cause it would hydrate your hair. Im not for sure though.

For deep conditioning i use a hot oil therapy. U just need to warm the olive oil or any other oil u usualy use on ur hair. I leave it in for about 30 min .As warmer the oil as shorter the time u need to leave it in. But dont burn ur scalp !!! :)

If your hair is dry , then apply the oil as if u were applyin the permanant hair dye.

If your scalp is already kinda oily, then make a pony tail and just dip the ends in hot oil. :)

Take the egg white you are not using for hair. after washed your face rub egg white on face. it tigtens pores & makes skin soft. wash with cooler water.
