you mean the little trash stack?

ah its not sabian actually, just a stack i put together of two cymbals. i had a paiste 2002 12" splash which was cracked and sounded bad, so i went to billy hydes and tryed out heaps of different smaller splashes to see wot the trashiest sound was that i cld get. found a 50 buck stagg splash - works a treat :P

ok well

its basically a mixer... kinda... that you plug all your mics in and it plugs into a computer's usb (usually) and recognises each track individuallly.

definitely one of my favourite Cog songs (though plenty of other epic tracks up there - 1010011010 is fantastic). Very nice cover too - looking forward to seeing these guys with Oceansize soon. After that they're supposed to be working on a new album - which will hopefully mean a few new tracks sooner rather than later.

I say try your luck at the Oceansize gig at the Beach Rd Hotel at Bondi on the 10th of June anyway (they might not have announced the venue yet - but that's where it is!) it's a "secret" show, so it's free and if you get chucked out for being underage, at least you don't lose the cost of a ticket. Plus they've got not much in the way of security there. Especially early on ;-)

well my last batch of videos had the same drum mics, but with an analog mixer which was pretty crappy, but i used an audio interface for this, and yea it improved the quality! :)
