In the 1950's my mother and her two sisters, my grandmother and grandfather lived at 4112 Charles Page Blvd in Tulsa, Ok. They used to sit on their porch and listen to a young man play Johnny Cash tunes on his guitar next door. The young man would say "One day I'm gonna play for Johnny Cash". That young man was Bob Wooton. The door that closed Luther Perkins life was the same door that opened for Bob. God bless him & Luther and especially the Great John R. Cash

After sharing the stage with Johnny, Bob Wootton ended sounding just like his master.
Great job Bob. And long life to you. Bless You.
