@DanceMan1995 No diria que es el mejor, pero bueno me encanta jugarlo para hacer algo que se llama Speedruns (vencer los ecenarios en el menor tiempo con la mayor puntuacion posible) pero el juego tiene muchos defectos que nunca se arreglaron el plan de CAPCOM era hacer 4 outbreaks con 20 escenarios en total pero como tenia muy mala fama por ser muy lento online, tener muchas loading zones y terrible comunicacion de equipo no se vendio muy bien y termino con file 2 lo que es una lastima.
@gabrielusa911 Yeah the games don't have to be in that specific order.. Though i just like more the RE3 gameplay than RE4 you could even dodge nearly all attacks and in RE4 you could only do that with some boss battles and you were always in the run because of Nemesis though yes RE4 has the most original gameplay i wouldn't say it's the best but it's a matter of your own likes.
@Nemesis2459 The one at the beggining is called You want it?, the one when Alexia is transforming is T-Veronica, and the last is Murderous Eyes some tracks are edited and made shorter or slower than their Ost version so they may match the game better but there is no way you can get them in their game version with good quality unless maybe if you hack the game.
@TheGabberman9000 It's really good to but well i could only place 5 in the list in RE0 the crimsom heads were removed among other things so i placed RE4 in the fifth place but don't take my list to serious it was more like a joke.
@Hibiki7soul I know the story line of 4 and 5 are not the best in the series, but I think they are the most enjoyable in terms of gameplay. Besides, Wesker is as badass as ever in 5.
@Zarrock184 RE5 ruined Wesker's character completely if you've played RE1 Remake or Umbrella chronicles, you will notice that Wesker had always been manipulating everyone, and in RE5 he gets turned into a normal villain he could have killed Sheva and Chris a billion times but he is to arrogant to do so.. The worst part is he dies in RE5 and we will never see him again. I find the old ones gameplay better because they are perfect for speedrunning RE4/RE5 have good graphics, nothing more.
@Hibiki7soul Ok I relent about Wesker, you make a good point. But that still doesn't write off res 4 and 5. I think that, although the plot begins to deviate somewhat from the T/G virus threat, they still bring something to the series, and some of the bosses in the two games (Salvador, Regenerators, etc) as well as the more action-themed gameplay gives an excellent experience overall.
@Zarrock184 RE5 is not the worst game ever but what i meant is that it's not nearly as good as it's prequels sure the game is fun and all.. But there is nothing about that game that we haven't seen in RE4 already exept the CO-OP and since the story and it's characters are way to cliche it becomes boring after a while you say it's more fun well maybe, but remember the old RE games were suppossed to scare you and watching the characters overcome those fears after beating the game was rewarding.
@Zarrock184 While RE4 and RE5's gameplay is simply focused on the fun, so comparing the gameplay of the 2 games is lame since they are very different, but still my opinion is that even though RE4/RE5 have a more action based gameplay if the story wouldn't be so damn cliche i would hands down like those games more than the old ones, if the games are already good being so cliche by having an epic story they would be x1000 better, but well since Mikami left CRAPCOM those chances are almost 0%

@jecklestein777 What do you mean difficult? there is like ammo and herbs everywhere, lets say in professional if you pick up all the ammo in the beggining and knife kill the ganados you can get almost 100 handgun bullets only in the beggining, there are checkpoints in every area and you can get infinite eggs to heal yourself with a "glitch" there are some things of the game that are creepy like Regenerators but it's not scary and hard at all.
@arago999 Let the chainsaw guy come after you then press the run button, he will try to cut your head off, back off a bit he will miss in this moment any damage he takes to the head will stun him slash him with the knife, kick him and while on the ground keep slashing him repeat this and there you go his dead without a single bullet and i did said that there were creepy things in the game like Regenarators but over all you don't feel scared most of the time can't you read?
@arago999 And well even if you die there is a checkpoint in every area and there is no penalty for dying at all since there is no ranking system, so it's just a matter of keep trying but i didn't meant the game is bad it's really fun but at least in story it's not as good as it's prequels. If you think the game is hard then you are really wrong just watch a speedrun of the game.
I completed the game twice but in normal mode, and even so i spend out all the bullets xD i dont want to think how will be the professional mode LOL, but maybe ill try it when i have the handcannon. And i knew that trick on the chainsaw guy i ve seen it in many gameplays. But you are right there are checkpoints everywhere and even if they kill you, you dont have to do it all again ^^

Well, i'm not sure why you find it so difficult, i mean one of this days i even did a playthough in profesional with no merchant and completed the game with only Leon's handgun, the shotgun and magnum you pick up i didn't died once even thought there were a couple of times in which i was out of ammo and had to knife my way and i'm not skilled at all like speedrunners i suggest you practice more.

@Hibiki7soul Alright you were joking and I'm sorry if I came off like a douchebag, but those games honestly weren't scary then. Chessy dialogue mixed with repetitious gameplay and meaningless puzzles dumbed down the scariness into needless tedium. I loved the old RE games. But listening to the same zombie shuffling sound effect repeatedly, having to backtrack constantly to solve puzzles, and fixed camera angles don't make it scary. Fun, but not scary. If you want real scare play Amnesia.
@blckknight117 I won't argue with that, it's true the games look really silly today but that's because you don't remember the very first time you played them, if you just play a game enough times or compare it's old graphics by today standars it will just look silly but i remember playing RE3 the very first time reaching the R.P.D and watching how Nemesis impaled that poor guy though his mouth and not being able to touch the control again for days.
@blckknight117 I do disagree with the whole games being completely silly though as cheesy as the games are let's say RE2 had a much better story than RE4, we see Leon's and Claire's fight to survive in the game,Hunk's badass escape, Leon, Ada and Sherry,Claire's relationship, Birkin turning into a monster, Chief Iron being an Insane killer(much better antagonists) all of this is more interesting than RE4's boring as hell "save the princess plot."

@Hibiki7soul I love the RE games but the older ones just didn't make sense some times. And yeah RE4 and RE6 had cheesy moments but I think all the games do. But the voice acting is better in the later versions and the plots are more refined. Take RE2 for instance. Why are there giant puzzles in a Police Station? It makes no sense. The games were fun back then because of hardware limitations. The series has to evolve now or it would be ridiculous. Well, less ridiculous.

Weskers badass, he's been there from day one, and to see him meet a match like Veronica was one of the best gaming experiences I've seen when I first laid eyes on it when it came out on Gamecube. To see him run along the wall and slug her with his arm on fire was like whooooooa! I can't wait for the HD remake for 360 to come out!

@PFCDickSimmons Actually during this battle Alexia was stronger than Wesker. In RE5 Wesker is stronger because he also contained the T-Veronica Virus (stolen from Steve) but without the extra ability of combustible blood.
Well I still think Wesker is stronger then Alexia but because of Chris being there and Alexia not getting hurt by Wesker he likely thought it was a waste of time and let Chris either be killed by her or weaken her so he could capture her.
@ruidude11 Wesker never shows any weakness or resistance to fire. Rather it's Uroboros which has a severe weakness to high temperatures. The virus Wesker uses wasn't the T-Virus in the exact sense though it probably came from the same research. Not sure why the T-Veronica virus gave Alexia pyrokinesis (Fancy word for making fire using psychic powers) but it would be just as effective against Wesker as it would against any human although Wesker's increased pain threshold probably numbed it a bit.
@HATERofEVILcritics If I May, Veronica does not posses "Pyrokinetic" abilities, Its her blood... Veronica's blood is a combustible liquid that ignites under certain conditions, It can be seen quite clearly in the video when small droplets land on the walls, etc and ignite into flame.
Also by the time of RE5 it can be assumed Wesker is far more powerful and resistant to harm than first believed.

@Zarrock184 RE5 ruined Wesker's character completely if you've played RE1 Remake or Umbrella chronicles, you will notice that Wesker had always been manipulating everyone, and in RE5 he gets turned into a normal villain he could have killed Sheva and Chris a billion times but he is to arrogant to do so.. The worst part is he dies in RE5 and we will never see him again. I find the old ones gameplay better because they are perfect for speedrunning RE4/RE5 have good graphics, nothing more.

@Hibiki7soul Ok I relent about Wesker, you make a good point. But that still doesn't write off res 4 and 5. I think that, although the plot begins to deviate somewhat from the T/G virus threat, they still bring something to the series, and some of the bosses in the two games (Salvador, Regenerators, etc) as well as the more action-themed gameplay gives an excellent experience overall.

@Zarrock184 RE5 is not the worst game ever but what i meant is that it's not nearly as good as it's prequels sure the game is fun and all.. But there is nothing about that game that we haven't seen in RE4 already exept the CO-OP and since the story and it's characters are way to cliche it becomes boring after a while you say it's more fun well maybe, but remember the old RE games were suppossed to scare you and watching the characters overcome those fears after beating the game was rewarding.

@Zarrock184 While RE4 and RE5's gameplay is simply focused on the fun, so comparing the gameplay of the 2 games is lame since they are very different, but still my opinion is that even though RE4/RE5 have a more action based gameplay if the story wouldn't be so damn cliche i would hands down like those games more than the old ones, if the games are already good being so cliche by having an epic story they would be x1000 better, but well since Mikami left CRAPCOM those chances are almost 0%

@jecklestein777 What do you mean difficult? there is like ammo and herbs everywhere, lets say in professional if you pick up all the ammo in the beggining and knife kill the ganados you can get almost 100 handgun bullets only in the beggining, there are checkpoints in every area and you can get infinite eggs to heal yourself with a "glitch" there are some things of the game that are creepy like Regenerators but it's not scary and hard at all.

@arago999 Let the chainsaw guy come after you then press the run button, he will try to cut your head off, back off a bit he will miss in this moment any damage he takes to the head will stun him slash him with the knife, kick him and while on the ground keep slashing him repeat this and there you go his dead without a single bullet and i did said that there were creepy things in the game like Regenarators but over all you don't feel scared most of the time can't you read?

@arago999 And well even if you die there is a checkpoint in every area and there is no penalty for dying at all since there is no ranking system, so it's just a matter of keep trying but i didn't meant the game is bad it's really fun but at least in story it's not as good as it's prequels. If you think the game is hard then you are really wrong just watch a speedrun of the game.

I completed the game twice but in normal mode, and even so i spend out all the bullets xD i dont want to think how will be the professional mode LOL, but maybe ill try it when i have the handcannon. And i knew that trick on the chainsaw guy i ve seen it in many gameplays. But you are right there are checkpoints everywhere and even if they kill you, you dont have to do it all again ^^

Well, i'm not sure why you find it so difficult, i mean one of this days i even did a playthough in profesional with no merchant and completed the game with only Leon's handgun, the shotgun and magnum you pick up i didn't died once even thought there were a couple of times in which i was out of ammo and had to knife my way and i'm not skilled at all like speedrunners i suggest you practice more.

@arago999 In professional you receive more damage and the ganados in the beggining will sprint to where you are and attack you but well their AI is easy to trick you can even use the same trick of the chainsaw guy on them press the run button, and they will attack you then move back a bit and they will miss, then slash them in the face and so on...

RE4 is not nearly as scary as lets say Syren, the silent hill games or Alone in the dark specially since you are being chased by an old guy with a potato bag on his head while you can carry almost insane amounts of ammo and after you beat the game unlimited ammo.
Leon isn't scared of the ganados, the ganados are scared of Leon. >_>

Chessy dialogue mixed with repetitious gameplay and meaningless puzzles dumbed down the scariness into needless tedium. I loved the old RE games. But listening to the same zombie shuffling sound effect repeatedly, having to backtrack constantly to solve puzzles, and fixed camera angles don't make it scary. Fun, but not scary. If you want real scare play Amnesia.

@Hibiki7soul I love the RE games but the older ones just didn't make sense some times. And yeah RE4 and RE6 had cheesy moments but I think all the games do. But the voice acting is better in the later versions and the plots are more refined. Take RE2 for instance. Why are there giant puzzles in a Police Station? It makes no sense. The games were fun back then because of hardware limitations. The series has to evolve now or it would be ridiculous. Well, less ridiculous.

You know the puzzle things in the police station aren't ramdom it's explained (in files) that some of them were placed by Chief Irons (who was insane) and thomas who was a fan of chess you should pay more attention.

Weskers badass, he's been there from day one, and to see him meet a match like Veronica was one of the best gaming experiences I've seen when I first laid eyes on it when it came out on Gamecube. To see him run along the wall and slug her with his arm on fire was like whooooooa! I can't wait for the HD remake for 360 to come out!

@ruidude11 Wesker never shows any weakness or resistance to fire. Rather it's Uroboros which has a severe weakness to high temperatures. The virus Wesker uses wasn't the T-Virus in the exact sense though it probably came from the same research. Not sure why the T-Veronica virus gave Alexia pyrokinesis (Fancy word for making fire using psychic powers) but it would be just as effective against Wesker as it would against any human although Wesker's increased pain threshold probably numbed it a bit.

@HATERofEVILcritics If I May, Veronica does not posses "Pyrokinetic" abilities, Its her blood... Veronica's blood is a combustible liquid that ignites under certain conditions, It can be seen quite clearly in the video when small droplets land on the walls, etc and ignite into flame.
Also by the time of RE5 it can be assumed Wesker is far more powerful and resistant to harm than first believed.
