Thanks for the tips. I'll definitely try facing the other way. Due to injuries in shoulders, biceps & forearms, I just can't bring my hands in or have the weight start at clavicle level - the pain is just too much.
Get away from the mirrors. Starring at yourself makes it almost impossible to translate energy through your posterior chain up to your shoulders and through to the bar. Also, come in on your grip a little and try to get the weight down onto your clavicles. You could easily chunk up 150 kilos if you're pressing that much.
