Oh yes very nice pentakill. But wriggles is a stupid item choice on nasus, wriggles proc on SS doesn't give any extra SS damage... making you waste farm and pushing the lane, which as any good nasus player knows, is a bad thing unless the time is right. But he was very lucky in this video.
