we bought an unrestored beech at dfw in 1978 for $17,000, ran two loads of pot & sold it 3 days later for $17,500. it was worn out! the a 6" wide headliner just above the windscreen someone had written "certified to fly". then someon else wrote "only with nut in left seat". no avionics no radios, only an artificial horizon & a compass mounted on top of the dash that appeared to have come from a car. It was a thrill a minute. I am now a retired major in the marijuana air force.
My father flew the AT-11 (training bomber version) in WWII in San Angelo, Texas, USA. A bubble nose was added to train navigators how to use the Nordon Bomb sight. Thank you for posting this. Very enjoyable.
omg that is an awesome plane. for some reason it just fits in with all the modern jets today. im a modern plane and helicopter guy but this will never not be one of my favorites!

I actually got to fly in one of these, several times when I worked at the airport in Lakeland, FL. A very neat plane to fly in!

This was quite an impressive unexpected display, and yes that bit over the trees was rather low, hee hee! Good video.
