ive just solved da problem it turns out dat it was da phone it was da fone i had beco, i ordered a new one and the callin is fine. becoz i took off da screen protector and did a factory reset and still same problem. my advice to people if u have took da screen protector off and dun a factory reset n ur experiencing same problem send it back n get a new one , my new one is working fine its likely to be a faulty device

@priincessNx yea iv fixed it, i took any covering off the phone screen and factory reset the phone, i think it was just the screen cover wqs also covering ny proximity sensor(black thing above htc sign on the front upper left of the phone) just make sure tgat isnt covered and hopwfully itvwill work, the sensor is there so you dont press buttons with your face

i am experiencing the same problems while making phone calls. the screen goes blank and i can't even end the call. pressing the power button does not work too. Anyone pls help!

@WMPowerUser, I had a similar issue as microhaxo's. If you turn the volume up, it gets distorted and tinny. If you turn it down, its just too low. Theres no optimal level. It's the same on other Radars too. Even the sales reps agreed and they usually don't know anything. My HD7 has superior call quality since day 1. This may not hold true for most users, but then again, neither does yours.

I purchased the radar yesterday and i was excited about it but as soon as i got a phone call i noticed that the call quality was horrible for the earpiece. My hd7 was clearly superior for earpiece sound quality. Its not even a comparison. It sounded so bad that i assumed it was a bad handset, so i brought it back and they went through 3 different radars and all of them have the same sounding earpiece, just horrible. So i returned the phone and will have to wait for the next wp7 phone.

@microhaxo There must be something wrong, because the HD7's earpiece was horrible, and the Radar IS far better... I'm not saying you're lying, but I don't think your experience is true of everyone. My experience has no more validity than yours, but I highly doubt HTC made an earpiece worse than the HD7.... especially since everything on the Radar is built with quality unlike the HD7.
