City of Villains - Robot Rebellion

I have two characters, one a hero and one a villian, they are supposed to be twins, but that goes into the story a little too much. Anyways, my Villian is a MM/Storm-Master(?) girl. Very fun, with all those knockbacks and slow downs, its very easy. Not died once yet and on lvl 8. That in a day.

honestly the game dont lag for me, it lags for you because either your computer has viruses, or you got too much memory stored... cause my computer runs the game fine... also it could be because u share an internet.

for some reason when i play my trial account it lags so bad that i cant even take two steps, is it because it is a trial or is my computer messed up? (btw my computer doesnt lag for anything other than city of heroes)

you probably figured this out by now but by lv 22 you should be using lv 25 IO's

(SO's are still slightly better but only till they start to degrade)

at lv 25 though 3 IO's max out the benifits you can hope for while 3 lv 25 IO's might give you +95% dmg 4 will be something like +96.2% (look up 'enhancment diversification' and join us in our hatred of the devs)

(otherwise 6 slotting dmg in blaster primarys and 6 slotting to-hit buffs in 'targeting drone' would still be common place lol

lol not sure why someone marked your coment as spam and you probably got the answer already but no there was the "pc" version before (the games like 5 yrs old) and the "mac edition" should work fine it just came out so thats how they are promoting it i think

i already had coh installed but since the mac edition came with some stuff i wanted i bought it too and used the key code so they are compatable that way

Nice little video. I'm jealous...i have to play the game with my graphics all the way down, and i still lag like hell.

MM's are awesome to play as. You just have to get used to NOT focusing on powering up yourself and focus on your pets' powers.

If you're referring to the giant bubble around the character, it's called "Dispersion Bubble", Force Field MMs have access to it at level 20.

i played it until i finished the training and i was too disappointed to continue. the fights are annoying because you just click on your power and the enemies die after a minute of repetativeness.

and by quality i meant fun gameplay, good story thats not totally gay and more basic controls with shorter fights that look more interesting.

and my computer is more than ready for the game, no lag or problems......

1 bot at lvl 1

2 bots at lvl 6

2 drones & 1 protector (medium) at lvl 12

3 drones & 1 protector at lvl 18

You just have to move around. If a blaster hits you w/ an AoE he shouldn't hit all the other pets. Maybe 3 or less.

Probably not. Bots/FF isn't terribly overpowered. Playing them well requires some balance, and even then, when played well, they don't completely make half of the team obsolete.

Don't forget they blow in PvP, like all Masterminds, unless you're crafty, which so few people are.

Not really, when it only takes a simple Teleport Foe to bring you freaken' miles away from your bots, then a few shots to kill you. Best you can hope for then is PFF or Intangibility, which both mean your bots lose Supremacy and thus will probably get owned when they actually fight the enemy.

If you're being teleported, you're most likely going to die no matter WHAT you are. They could easily have 5 to 6 heroes around them or a trip mine field that would take down anything anyways. Tp foe isn't just for MMs.

Also if they telport you far enough your bots will auto fillow, and the body guard mode will work at any distance, so you might get a few shots off yourself.

The AoE web is a power from the Black Scorpion mace set you get if you take BS as a patron at level 41. The first upgrade for tier 1 bots is a short burst of laser fire...second upgrade is full auto.

Yup. I played on Guardian when only City of Heroes was out, so I have no idea if they have any villain side presence. I do remember, however, that hero side, they were quite good.

Especially robots; as cool as they are, they have the least attacks, and the longest cooldowns on those attacks, of any MM pet, so they attack the slowest.
