At the time i wrote the comment (11 months ago) was around the time youtube started to add advertisements and I was greatly annoyed that they made you watch the 30 second ad before the video because I always thought youtube would never do that.

I am not homophobic (I have a few friends of that nature =P) and the term just dug itself into my lingo =(

Audacity is track production, not editing. You can't create much, just record. Unless you wanna go INSANE with samples.

how do you record vocal tracks on garage band if you dont have a built in Mic?

then you have to buy a microphone of your own. but ALL macs that have garageband programs come with built in mics. you can buy a interface to plug into your mac and then buy a mic to plug into the interface, OR you can just buy a USB mic, they sell anywhere they sell mics and just plug it directly into your mac.
