I get mine through the local Minolta rep that supplied the machine, I think they get theirs direct from Japan.

A Celeron processor in a copier? Does this thing run Windows CE?

It runs EFI Fiery X3E server OS, no windows.

It comes with a interface software package for the PC's connected to it and publishes its own web page on the local network so you can check up on it without leaving your desk.

User interface is 1.2, just what came with the driver package.

How many of these things did you strip down to get a working unit?

I got parts from 2 units, the one in the vid was given to me missing its drop-in consumables only.

Hardest part was the print head swap. the near-new fuser, belt and imaging units just slotted in.

I wish there were more hobbyists near me to give parts to, you can only keep so much when your dealing with a 40 foot container worth of machines lol.

The motors and timing belts/pullys are fantastic.
