  • so why are u so concerned with hamstrings? is it that the deadlift is insufficient or that hams are very important for boxing? u seem to have quite some focus for hamstrings

  • @danhantheman - It's not about being "so concerned" but rather about addressing the questions that have been asked. In addition, many athletes neglect the posterior chain (and have loads more potential for strength in this area). It also isn't uncommon for athletes and even trainers to have no idea what you are talking about when you mention the semitendinosus, the semimembranosus and the biceps femoris. More attention to the hamstrings is far from a problem.

  • @rossenamait okay sounds good. i only do deadlift/sumo deadlift but i guess i can give other hamstring exercises a try!
