I'm a 20 year student of A Course In Miracles. Some here are saying that Dillon should not go to prison. Not true! I certainly do not want to set killers free to threaten the public again. I just would like all people to see that killers are not evil people deserving punishment, but more like wild and dangerous animals that need to be restrained in cages. He simply is a predator that needs to be dealt with humanely. Make a nice cage for him.

this is very saddening. ive never experienced this type of courtroom situation outside of movies, or in a sketch on the news. this just saddens me. of course the obvious family who has lost their son and brother is very upsetting. however what im am truly sad about is the one going to jail.. By his voice you can tell he grew up in a situation that was going to end him up in this exact place. It saddens me that this BOY and many other boys like him are trapped from birth. NO MORE DEATH SENTENCES!

@ihfppl .... the young man can choose to grow spiritually. Many have done so in very harsh circumstances, in jails and concentration camps. Most if not all of us are caught in the prison of our own minds whether we are behind bars or not and this young man has just been blessed with an unusual message ..... Drop the guilt. ACIM is not about "channeling" Jesus...You can't "channel" jesus...However-The message he brought is about channeling Love-the spirit of Love & the Spirit of truth. It has been said that holding on to anger about something is like taking poison and expecting the other person to die-You only kill yourself. The message of Love and forgiveness is necessary for Human evolution. You don't have to channel Jesus to be in that space. You can chant "Nam Myo Ho Renge Kyo" or whatever your heart brings.

While this video is an amazing story of forgiveness... I am opposed to A Course In Miracles due to the many biblical contradictions in it. The course teaches sin and death and the whole world is imaginary caused only by mans ego percieve it... weird!!! Grace comes from God as demonstrated on the Cross and as we are forgiven, we should forgive others... but repentence is key... if the killer was not repentent there could be no real forgiveness. ACIM really misses that part of biblical truth.

How is this possible but when I started reading it was immediately obvious that no 'person' could have written the course, that it had to come from a higher source.

I dont know what to think about this ..Let's say someone murders you and your parents are like:

" We know you murdered our son, but we forgive you and we wish you the best" or

" You raped and killed my daughter, stabbed her 100 times and cast her lifeless body off a cliff..but we forgive you and we wish you the best..." ...

I don't know, it just doesn't feel right. Something not quite right there..Maybe I'm wrong,but that just doesn't feel right to me at the moment.
