that's the effect of global warming and climate change. we, the human race, can't do anything about that but, as long that there's still time remaining, we can change our lifestyle of living to lessen the effect of global warming ( ex.... use paper bags instead of PLASTIC BAGS; it's an old-school thing but it really helps).
