  • \m/ !!

  • I don't listen to Death Metal anymore, but when I did these guys were the best. American Death bands aren't nowhere as good as muscians as the European ones. Carcass was like the Rush of Death Metal. Very progressive for a death band, good time changes and intricacies on guitar, plus Jeff Walkers zombie voice instead of a growl. Bill Steer doing the growls behind him!!! My all time favorite Death band.

  • I can proudly say I was there!!!!

  • Bill Steer's hair ftw! : ) I want my hair like his. One of the best metal guitarists ever!

  • io c'ero. i punk di merda di roma hanno rovinato tutto .fanculo.

  • I luv the main riff in Corporal, it makes me want to throw midgets...

  • wtf is dis shit?

  • @calumelliott This 'shit' is called Carcass, you will never understand.

  • cazzo i carcass a roma, dov'ero io? che stronzo che sono, ditemi che sono stronzo, chiunque legga mi dia del testadicazzo

  • @frompisa88 se 88 è la tua data di nascita direi all'asilo... :P

  • @Rfriess7 Yeah, that's the truth; accoring to Albert Mudrian's book "Choosing Death", Jeff Walker just put together a bunch of medical terms from a textbook.

  • 23 people have no balls

  • @18isnine They have CARCASS' balls in their mouths, that's all!

  • bill is a fucking awesome guitarist

  • ive never heard such blatant bologna

  • yeah, cocteau twins!

  • Nem mai felvétel,ez is ritkaság.

  • Hail Carcass!

  • Fuckin´brutal vocals!

  • Same backdrop as in 2008!

  • My favourite heavy song of all times. Complex, crisp and smooth, ironic and aggressive, ever-evolving and revolving, composing and decomposing, pure pleasure.

  • ha i saw them in in 1990 i stil have the t shirt ,

  • @MrArnootje I still have the 1992 red long sleeve !! Epic!

  • I love how two of these dudes in the band were going to be doctors.

  • SYMPHONIES OF SICKNESS WAS THE END ALL OF CARCASS. ANYTHING AFTER THAT WAS TOO MELODIC FOR MY TASTES, TOO CULTURED AND LESS CHAOTIC = WEAKSAUCE

  • @bishop918 I agree 100% HAIL Symphonies of sickness!!!!! EXHUME TO CONSUME

  • Io ero presente alla data di Milano..............kazzo che periodo.........irripetibile!

  • Gods of metal. Fuckin' great video.

  • very sickkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • who's the blonde guy infront of the camera? is it Bill, therefore making the guy on the red guitar Mike?

  • 23 people who watched this video were castrated.

  • last 3 albums are the shit. mainly the 2 with amott in it

  • The best Death metal from England.

  • Ken Owen is my hero!! kickass drum!!!!!

  • Fucking Carcass best shit period

  • carcass is the shit, still cant believe they came to aus a couple years ago, good memories.

  • This was the tour when I discovered Carcass as a young lad. My first death metal show. I totally remember Jeff with his dreads and camouflage army shorts. Openers were Cathedral, Brutal Truth and then Napalam Death and Carcass. I went to the show to see Napalm Death but left the show a dedicated new Carcass fan. They have been one of my top favourites of all time since and have also helped inspired my drumming. Thanks for posting this, it was a major influence on which direction my life went.

  • @MegaVesper04 Indeed brother!!! Carcass are metal gods!! Poor ken..His drumming was sick!!!!

  • @MegaVesper04 so you went to med school?

  • @cpetrako LOL, yeah, you could say that. I remember trying to find some of the terms in dictionaries back then with little luck.

  • nice video. \m/ Carcass

Damn, 05.03.92, I was in a Bosnia civil war hiding in bomb shelter from tank grenades and snipers.

  • New Album Please :D

  • You all need to hear the real heavy metal, Deicide and Obituary. Oh, and lets not forget Death.

  • Fellow Metal fans arise!! I pose you this question. Why are Carcass so fucking great? first extreme band I ever listened to and I've never looked back.

  • i seen these guys open for napalm death back around this time '92

  • @neuregel that is cool real cool...damn that would have been cool for me.

  • This was the tour: campaign of musical destruction, also with Napalm Death and Brutal Truth (in the USA). I don't know internationally. A very good concert.

  • @mgwile6 there was another band carnage that also toured

  • @mgwile6 the Campaign For Musical Destruction in Europe was Napalm Death, Obituary and Dismember. 1992 or 1993.

  • die guten alten zeiten, ich drehe durch

  • Not bad at all. Carcass rules.

  • Whats the name of this song pls anybody....

  • Bill Steer's hair is the best! Lol I wish my hair was as long as his. Gotta love carcass

  • I seen them that same summer with napalm death and cathedral !!! it was krazy

  • Bill Steer's hair is the best thing about this video!

  • Michael looks like a kid here, crazy lol

  • Never to wake again!

Lol, he still has his dreadz!

  • EXCELLENT

  • demos grind-noise available , classic stuff from 80's to 90's , people interest contact me

  • Well,I am not exactly this band 's #1 fan,but they are really talented & kick ass all the way to the bank.

  • Damn!!! jeff is really badass!!!! like when he spits all over the mic!!!!!! Fuckin' goregrind or splatter death metal or whatever!!!!!

  • man look how young jeff looks

  • You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. Piss off

  • laughing all the way to the bank????

    i don't think so buddy.

the last people you'll see on mtv cribs is carcass.

why don't you start a band with your kid then and laugh YOUR way to the bank then? make sure to teach your kid the three "cords" too.

  • you have no idea what you're talking about...

if you dont like Carcass...fair enough, not everyone likes everything but to call them talentless is to show that its just something that you don't understand.

  • 8:27 fuking GORE ! aahaha

  • AWESOME VIDEO

    CARCASS

  • Long live the Mighty Carcass.

  • It isnt grind, death, melodic death or goregrind its just fucking metal !

  • YES YES YES Rippin' shredding metal for our bleeding ears!

    Damn' I love it!

  • @Jacobz666 It's grind.

  • Some call it death metal, other call it gogegrind, I call it CARCASS!!!

  • @Atrumus So you call Carcass... "CARCASS!!!"?:)

  • Garcass Is Isnt Death Metal... They Are The Founders Of Grindcore. (Along With Napalm Death.) Carcass All The Way!!

  • que buen grupo, me encanta el death metal y el black metal

  • Que Beuno!

  • morbid angel . death .. carcass ...obituary THE GODS OF DESTRUCTION!!!!

  • carcass and death are to completely different genre's

  • Not so completely different but they sure had big differencies. However Necroticism is a Masterpiece!

  • yeaah baby

  • esta muy mal grabado

  • Says the "sk8ter"

    Go and die instead, fuckhead.

  • im sure you really believe that

  • Yes I do.

  • Well, fyi Carcass had the honor of touring with Death, so Death must think they're at least good enough to tour with them? Personally, I slightly prefer Carcass over Death.

  • pretty sick lookin axe just stright normal black with shark inlays not some gay werid shape

  • awesome \m/

  • sexiiiis!

  • f*cking brutal!

  • Fuckin like the feeling ya get before a band comes on the fuckin stage fuuuuuuuck!

  • CHUCHA VENGAN A ECUADOR

  • Carcass. Gods of metal. Thank you for reuniting.

  • It has influences from grindcore, their sound. It seems to be death metal, technical but death metal all down the line. Now is this goredeath or goregrind? That is a very difficult question to answer for me. If they ask me what's your favourite Carcass song, now that's easy ! INPROPAGATION

  • @ParisChien i would just call it music

  • @mkintokyo yeah,the pockets empty,let's reunite! grindcore....my ass!

  • mr. walker, you are a GOD on bass.

  • look at those young boys :D

Saw them live this year on MC08 and they fucking killed, though they're much older ;)

  • Fuck! They went to my city (Rome) and I was too young to know them...

P.S. At the beginning of video guys are screaming "PORCO DIO-PORCO DIO-PORCO DIO" wich means GOD DAMN'IT GOD DAMN'IT GOD DAMN'IT, but just a little more blaspheme! lol

  • I saw them @ the palladium in Los Angeles around the same era w/ Napalm Death and Morbid Angel, I remember it like it was yesterday. Next I will see them @ the HOB on Sunset on the 18th. Can't wait.

  • I love Bill Steer :) Great vid. I thank whoever posted it.

  • man this was like 4 months after i was born , too bad the best band in the world dosent make albums anymore

  • Carcass is on tour right now as reunion of 3 of the 4 original members!

  • I saw them 2 days ago, they kicked ass. BTW, Michael Amott played on 2 albums but isn't an original member. Jeff and Bill are the only 2 remaining original members!

  • I saw them last night. It was awesome, too bad my car got fucking towed :(:( Even though Mike Amott was not on the first album, he did play on their second tour for Symphonies of sickness, and two of their biggest albums! The drummer they are using is from Mike Amott's other band, Arch Enemy.

  • Saw them last week in Bergen. Awesome. Got a guest appearance by original drummer Ken Owen as well, who seems to be doing a bit better.

  • super!

  • necroticsm descanting the insalburious!!!Get this gorgeous album!!! Bgroahhh!!

  • fuck ye!! pisses all over most of the shit out today.hope they come tour australia again.

  • what year did amott join?

  • 90-91

  • i was waiting so badly for the camera to focus on bill steer's solo and guess what..

  • <3 them!

  • techno death metal!!!!kmq km tecnica i migliori erano i DEATH!!!povero chuck...

  • they are from england

  • Carcass is back!!!! This is a Dream come true for all who have followed carcass since the old days!!!!! "LET'S ROOOTTTT!" HORNS UP!!!!

  • fans should check out their official myspace, they have the confirmed shows and other stuff there, their first show is gonna be in sweden in june!!!

  • thats awesome, but its a different lineup right? i heard one of them is/was a vegetable after he was in a car accident? & thats why bill steer started barbed wire soul? i dunno

  • Ken Owen had a brain hemorrhage and can't play with them.

  • ahh i see... i knew it was something like that. i guess i was misinformed. so he, ken owen, is still alive then

i first saw carcass on beavis & butthead. the song was romm 101 from swansong, an album i still listen to regularly - but as i got more into them, heartwork became my favorite album of theirs.

  • yea its just ken owen thats not playing with them

  • The above lineup is the classic Walker/Steer/Amott/Owen from the 'Necro...' and 'Heartwork' albums. Jeff & Ken started Blackstar (or Blackstar Rising) after Carcass dissolved, 'Barbed Wire Soul' was the album title. Ken suffered a brain hemorrhage in '99, was in a coma for 10 months. He's doing good though, and will tour with them whenever possible...Not sure if he'll be playing, but they made him a part of the reunion, which is awesome, since he wrote a lot of the stuff from the first 3 albums.

  • i see.. thanks for the education :)

    great band!

  • Yeah. He made an appearance with them at Metal Camp, even though he wasn't playing full time with them

  • Ken Owen is a great drummer, his themes are really interesting and I would say innovative. I f*cking love them!

  • He knows how to groove with a riff, and still be technical. He doesn't try to show off and fuck everything up like a lot of drummers do nowadays.

  • where is this band from?, can anybody tell me,?? cheers.

for me the best death metal band!!!

  • liverpool, england.

    fuck yeah carcass!!

  • HAIL CARCASS PORCO DIO!

  • what kind of bass is jeff playing?

  • It´s an Aria bass guitar.. I don´t know exactly which type..

  • This in incredible quality for how old it is, good job man. Carcass FTW

  • that were the good old days!

    Hail Carcass!!!

  • good old days of metal we will never see again!!! I am happy I was a part of those days!!!! All who loved carcass should cherish this video!!! There will never be another!!

  • this song is so sick. i love it!

  • carcass will always reign true in our metal hearts!!!!! C'MON NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You just missed the whole point.

  • Styles change with time and so do people's tastes and your individual taste also shifts, broadens or changes with age, but a solid gold advice to kids being into extreme metal today is to check out Carcass' albums.

Symphonies of Sickness was groundbreaking, Necroticism must be one of the best played brutal albums of all time and Heartwork was monumental.

Carcass is truly one of my fave bands ever and deserve much respect for their skill and heart. Keep on rotting in the free world!

  • could not have said it better my friend!!!!

  • man those songs just kick so much ass its crazy!!! carcass fucking rule!
