@Voxnulla Why would an NFL starting lineman making more in one season than you will in your entire life make you anything? You have it backwards loser.
@Voxnulla Your lack of logic is sad. Watts is part of the NFL's #2 defense and deserves all the credit in the world for all the hard work he's put in and all the success he's had. If you feel the need to bash him go for it, just shows how shitty your life is.
@TheMolesterJester Your right man the only reason that was impressive was cause he was a white guy ... Weird thing though im pretty sure JJ's vertical was better then aldon smith whos the same size as him (picked earlier in the draft) and von millers vertical leap was the same as JJs. I agree black athletes are held at a higher plateau then there white counterparts but if you dont think this is impressive you truly are delusional.
@shiron236 Having long limbs is an advantage. It gives the athlete a greater distance over which to create force. The box is high for anyone regardless of height but the thing that makes this impressive is his weight.
DB's? Please we had no pressure on any qb last year and Qb's just stood in the pocket and picked us apart. Come on now. Even Revis might've gotten picked apart with the dline we have
What a terrible pick for the Texans... We don't need another Dlineman. We have SO MANY more needs then this and we first round pick JJ?? Not hating on the player but come on! We needed DB's much more...
@ArtjomGlad it doesnt matter how tall he is you fucking hater. Thats what hard work will get you to. I dont even know you and I bet you couldnt do it with a running start.
@CowboysBaby10 I'm not a hater. Just saying that if you're taller you don't have to jump as high as someone being 6'0; for example: if you're 6´0 you have to jump to your own chest height, whlie if you're 6´5 you only have to jump to your waist height ( not exactly, but you get the point) And no; I can't do it from a running start - but I'm close.
@ArtjomGlad I'm sorry, but your logic is absolutely ludicrous. Being taller can actually be detrimental to one's leaping ability. I see what you're attempting to point to, but it's not that simple. Taller people have a higher center of gravity, more weight and other physics-related quirks which you probably won't care to hear. All these variables will pull him down. Not only will it counterbalance the so-called height advantage he has, but it will override it to a negative quotient.
Who said white man cant jump?

@Voxnulla It's no worse than you commenting on a 10 month old video genius.
peraltajg21 4 days ago
@peraltajg21 No, that actually is quite okay. Unless you are talking about a genius video maker who is only ten months old. That would be wrong.

Welcome to Houston! Really excited that we picked up JJ in the draft!

Your realize the taller you are, the harder it is to jump right? That's why the man with the highest vertical jump is only 5 11.
