Did anyone else think that the writers cheated us? I mean it's obvious that John and Teyla had feelings for one another. Their first meeting on Athos was a big clue. So why all those moments only for nothing?
I agree that they obviously had feelings for each other...As much as I was hoping they would get together at the same time if you think about it, it would have kinda destroyed the whole team chemistry if John and Teyla were "Together".....I don't know, At least McKay got a girl :D

I mean, there's only the tiniest of hints that there's something romantic between them.
Obviously they're close and will always be special to each other though.
They did want to keep John open for any kind of shenanigans that he may and very likely will have anyway.
