I like Microsoft and I like India, but this video did not showcase either one of them to the best of their ability. Watching this video would never make me want to work for Microsoft in Bangalore at all, since it was so boring. Rock music does not a fun video make :)

It's not "what they make" !! The income is best measured in terms of PPP; i.e Purchasing Power Parity. Using a PPP basis is more useful when comparing differences in living standards on the whole between nations because PPP takes into account the relative cost of living and the inflation rates of different countries, rather than just a nominal gross domestic product (GDP) comparison.
