how do you ''pan around'' with the frame

The images are very high resolution. I'm guessing a digital SLR - but you can still get high enough res out of a point-and-shoot to pan around within the frame. Nice work.

hello. we need to talk. what camera did you use? how do you do your travellings?? for exemple from 0:19 to 0:23 the frames moves... how do you do that?? do you use any other accessories? thank you!
