mann kann schon aus dem orginalen zylinder 120 rausholen wenn man den gut abstimmt hatte ich am anfang auch so und jetzt hab ich den 90 ccm drauf und im 6 gang auf 15 tausend fährt der knapp 170 mit rückenwind

hmm könnt höchstens noch im ansaugstutzen oder beim vergaser iergendwo ne verengung sein. vielleicht kannst aber auch den Schieber nicht ganz öffnen... hast beim entdrosseln die Hauptdüse im Vergaser gewechselt? Falls nicht dann würd ich das schläunigst machen :D sonst reibt dir der an.

die dürfen einfach so schnell gehen, wie sie vom werk aus laufen... also könnte es theoretisch ne 50er sein die von werk aus 120 läuft... allerdings würde es die sowieso nicht durch die abgastests schaffen :D

original not... but with a little bit tuning i reached 120 with good acceleration... your rs50 didn't reach 130... nobody's... :D

Yes it did. It had a 50cc racing cylinder with improved compression. Racing fuel reeds. A much bigger carb. A k&N air filer. A V6 titanium race exhaust (race exhaust for track use, powerband was 6500-14000rpm and it got between those revs in no more than 2 seconds apart from in 5th and 6th gear. I also had bigger sprockets. All this and i had a CBR600 clock me at 82mph or 130kpm roughly. It outran an 4-stroke 125cc in acceleration and top speed.

You could use a 28mm carb for that. The restricted RS125 uses one and gets 15hp. Which is the most you will get out of it if you stick the same carb on. You will get good midrange to.

I mounted it in a plastic box where i cutted a hole in the front for the lens... the plastic box i mounted with a belt around the tank. I damped the cam with some paper balls :D

Ah you are wrong there my friend, I know someone that used to run stock exhaust on 50cc (Aprilia RS). All he did was change the carb to a 18mm, changed the sparkplug to a triple spark plug (forgot the name :S) and took out all restrictions. It went 120 on tops, and it still accelerated like hell.. But now he runs twinners with a different sprocket setting going 130 and making wheelies in practically all gears he wants...

I don't seem to remember if it was the stock 50cc or a bit more tuned. If it was the tuned version it will only change the port holes in the cilinder itself, hardly anything will get bigger. And that spark plug makes three sparks instead of one. And he had to do loads of tweaking on the thread to get it turned just right for the cilinder (and how the mix swirls etc.) so it burned the fuel much better. How on earth he did it exactly, I have no idea :P

Well, the stock engine does go 100 with ease with a twinner exhaust. But when he went 120 with the stock exhaust he had a 50cc "snel" basically it has different holes in it making it better then the stock 50cc.

6 speed is stock on an rs50 but he might have a different engine in it :) or it might still be restricted to 31 mph. but deristricted it can do 60-65 flat out. or with serious mods you can get about 75-80pmh out of her.
