( Livingston ) our teacher excitley telling us about this event and showing us news paper clippings.
Then on the second day she brought in the WAR OF THE WORLDS LP ( record to the young ones lol) and we were memorised by Richard Burtons voice as he told the story of alien invasion, we all felt we had a mini invasion...which was kind of cool.
Al, have you ever thought of getting a hold of a Geiger counter and going out to the site to see if there's any remains of radiation in the area? might be worth it.

on that show ufo over earth,the guy in kentucky i think said he saw the same thing,,spikey spheres,that came from a larger one,,this needs investigating,,he said he encountered the et`s as well

@steviebhoy71 There's been a few ufo sightings nearby this year, there were 2 when the volcanic ash thing had grounded planes earlier this year, not sure if anyone caught them on film though.
the guy who claims he was abducted's house is just accross the road from mine! there is a sign on his door but i've never thought to read it! im gonna check it out and get back to you!

tell you one better than that mate Im 22 now and when I was a wee chap staying in armadale me and my mates were in the garden n the middle of summer no clouds as far as the eye could see and the place went into darkness I looked up and seen a massive ufo about a mile wide that was glowing red and was just hanging in the air I ran inside to get the auld dear and by the time she got the camera out and went to the door it had vanished to this day I still cant explain what it was
@dolesponger hes right u do get the fear walking dwn there u can get beat up walking dwn there its realli scarey best thing bout it is i lived on one side of the wood at moved 20mins up the other side both ends r scarey and was also was born in bangour hospital so know these woods like the back of my hand

A really interesting tale. That guy's story is simple, and true to what you'd expect an alien intelligence to be capable of. Show up, knock you out, ???, PROFIT. Pretty basic. That quiet wooded area definitely would get the imagination wandering :)
Well last summer I saw lights in the sky that weren't planes but nothing that really made me think 'wow!' that's a real ufo. I think the whole ufo topic is too readily dismissed when there is a real mystery, a real 'something' going on at the heart of the subject, but what precisely is that? Very murky water, but there's something in it I think.
@BadAlbert i know there is somthing i saw a red floating light in the sky 2 night ago and it definetly wasnt a plane becouse of the ash cloud all planes are grounded i tried to get a fill of it but my camera on my phone its pish but i swear down i saw a light i know thers somthing out ther and i live just down the road frome dechmont in broxburn
