I'm not latino but I noticed a trend in most of their movies/tv shows. They almost always cast the shorter, more "indian" looking people as the bad guys/annoying people, or people who do witchcraft.

Lucy's sister is twice as annoying as Blanca and the job agency guy. She isn't very welcoming, but on the other hand, I couldn't do what Maria does - stay at Lucy's sister's home when she knows Lucy died. I'd be so guilt-ridden and upset.
