  • very nice and pretty bird you have there

  • Gosh he reminds me of my bandit. Bandit passed in 2002 at 17 years old. RIP Lil buddy

  • Man... i know he's cute and beautiful and also addicted to his own reflection, but i can guarantee you that he'll fall for any other tiel that comes his way. He loved his buddy, AJ, but she always bit him in the face when he tried to preen her!! How cute...

  • how cute he looks like a little eagle:)

  • I had a bird who would do that too.

but he flew away 2 years ago..

  • omg that is a gorgeous cockatiel i thought that the only kind that didnt have the colorful cheeks were the ones that were all grey and i thougt THAT was original he is just plain cute!

  • hes really pretty... so cute.

  • He's a boy! Thank you, domo. And i'm glad he brought you joy, talloweed. Devenator, you blatantly didn't watch the entire thing!

  • thats called singing not dancing

  • he has very pretty coloration

  • That brightened my day!

  • Is it a male or female?

  • when my bird looks in the mirror he starts sayin pretty bird to himself!

  • OMG mine wont get a life away from the mirror either!

  • nice bird! i've never seen those kind of colors and patterns on a cockatiel before. very unique!

  • i definately hought your video deserve mroe than 3 stars.. 5 stars

  • yeah, we had to cover our mirror because my bird would sit in front of it for hours at a time dancing and saying "pretty bird"

  • Yeah, I have a male cockatiel who loves a mirror more than the other bird I bought for him to be his "bride." She is as sweet and cute as they come, very tame and docile, very playful. But to him, she is chopped liver. Once they pattern on a mirror as a "mate" you can forget it! they get territorial over it and bite you when you want to take them away from it. Also, they obsess on it and want to be with the mirror 24/7. Good luck!

  • uhmmm just to let you know they can bond with mirrors and then they will hate you. =]

  • That bird is hilarious! There was a dove that I took care of one time and there was this mirror on the floor where the bird would sit there and coo at itself and stare at itself in the mirror like this bird is doing. It was so funny! You have a wonderful bird. It's very cute. :)

  • I have a cockatiels just like that, I bred my cockatiels together and I got 4 out of that.

  • LMAO! Handsome booger is a real flirt, eh? Knows he looks good and can't help but sing to himself in the mirror! Thanks for posting this!

  • Nice. The bird was telling itself it was a pretty bird in the mrror (in case you didn't realize what your bird was saying. That is what tiels sound like when they say pretty bird).
