Spartans can die but are listed MIA because of demoralization but Master Chief isnt dead if you play through the creds youll see that he is still in the ship in Cryo till they find him which in a good estimate a VERY long time

at the end of halo 3 they thought he was dead. this is where the campaign ads and the game defer: the ads say he sacrificed himself with a plasma grenade; the game says he's still alive out in space somewhere.

Talking about the actual "video" rather then the game here. This is bloody good advertisement. Its not actually "selling" the game directly, its selling it in directly by showing it to you like it was real. It describes it like a real life event and if you can, stepping away from current "life" it is actually very touching for something entirely fictional. The music as previously meantioned is perfectly fitting. I would love to have the piece.

I've looked into it ant I can't seem to find the music for this video. This leads me to believe that it is an original piece by Marty O'Donnell that hasn't been released yet My suggestion is to hold out for the Halo 3 soundtrack that will probably be released out of nowhere during the holiday season (Just like the Halo 2 soundtrack was)

Halo 3 was a disapointment to me. I mean its fun as hell. But its Halo 2 with slightly beter GFX and the new feature of Equipment use and Heavy Weapons. For 2 year wait I expected more. What happend to the new inovation. MP is the same only with new gametypes. What happend to the 32 player mass Big Team Battle that they mentioned at 06 E3?

I understand where you're coming from but I don't think that the MP is exactly the same at all. What about Forge and Save Film? Halo 3 fell short of my expectations in some ways as well but it surpassed them in other ways too. It was the same formula for halo bur just improved. and yeah, what happened to 32 players?

I agree Forge is amazing I have made like 8 zombie varients ya know adding fortified bases and shit, save films I hardly use but its a good concept. But I mean PS3 has RFoM and the MP is 32, no lag, and its so damn fun.

But they are losing creativity with their maps. Sandtrap is the only cool map on H3 because its the first to have mobile bases, also its HUGE! The other maps are okay but what happend to the BTB maps? there is Valhalla and STrap. No more remakes bungie.

you sir, are an idiot. he dies ALL THE FREAKING TIME. He is the player's character, so he'll die countless times, depending on how skilled (or lucky) the player is, or what difficulty you play at. Will he die at the beginning? of course. will he die in the middle? indeed. will he die at the end? Considering that's where games typically get the hardest, you're damn straight he'll die. And even when you think it was over, he'll probably die at the end too.

MC doesnt die, if u watch the other videos u see his body being held by a brute with a granade in his hand, but its still like in this memorial statue, then the little figure of MC activates the grenade and comes to life, then it ends.

the ending i think is not when the brute holds chief up. I think that that is in the last lvl, but someone kills the brutes while cheif is being held up. the brute is killed by someone like johnson, then chief then goes on a big assault and does smething big. then tjhe game ends

Just seeing this made me shed a tear to a dam good story that hit the hearts of HALO fans. This is something I'll never forget in a long time especially the fact if Peter Jackson should make the movie I'll be one of the first people to show up fully dressed in ODST armor and sit in mid row and enjoy the HALO experience a few more times.
