I guess when you massacre the Palestinian people to the point where they are no longer a threat, peace talks are no longer appealing.

I truly hope this prayer of yours reaches god so this time we will kill atleast 40 by mistake. Usually we only take down the perpetrators, but this is not good enough since the Muslims make martyrs out of them. @StraussBR I really have no idea if we actually have them, but even if so, the threat they pose is no bigger that the threat of the USA or Russia, with either of them holding thousands of nukes. Its actually smaller, as the USA is luckily still the only nation on Earth to have ever used them. Even if we have them, then it is only as an insurance policy against the Arab world attempts of annihilation. If the Iranis will have them, then the Muslim will be free to perform terror attacks, globally.

@StraussBR There is no such thing as absolute justice. In life you have to make compromises. For example, you have to accept that when someone is firing more then 8,000 rockets on a civilian town, the side fired upon have a full right to retaliate. And since a proportional response will not do the trick, since its Muslims you are dealing with and they will simply declare the dead as "Martyrs" and go on shooting, then only a disproportional response will do the job. Nothing more, nothing less.

The tunnel was discovered and blown up and then it was discovered that there were 6 Hamas activists who died inside. Right afterwards they started firing again. This is the event that lead to op "Cast Lead", as I'm sure you're well aware of.
