Hey, I listened to that interview and it was so biased! The presenter was a complete waste of space and i dont wish to pay the bbc to paint The whole industry in a negative light! I put it down to a lack of understanding. Most people do fail, thats not the marketers fault! its their own... People.. There is no magic button?! Its harder work than your normal day job when you start... Period! Everyone would be rich if it was that easy! Nice response tho! that reporter needs a bop on the head.....
