I bought the game last night. Only played the first couple ranked battles but it seems pretty awesome so far.

Has anybody tried the classic controller yet with this? I saw it was an option and thought about trying it but decided to go with the remote/nunchuck since I'm used to that setup after NMH 1.

The, uh, "penis meter" as you called it is the battery meter. The phallic thing is just innuendo, I think. I guess the battery meter measures Sonic Sword power. The tiger could be a timer for how long a superpower lasts.

It's still stylish here, just differently. It's more about comic book style hard shadows and strange colours in NMH2 than it was in the first one, which was similar but less refined. This actually feels really next gen. More than God of War 3, DMC4, Ninja Gaiden... NMH2 has some real style and kinetics going on.

The first game had a cellshaded style. Without it the models looks exactly like they do in this sequel. Some guys played around with the models and removed the cellshaded graphics and got amazing results. Just search on google and you will find pictures.

The Boss Fight mode sounds like a good idea but it just seems like something that wouldn't fit with the game.

Suda51 already said that multiplayer will not be in NMH2. Which makes me happy, because it just might end up being disappointing like RE5's multiplayer. The game is meant to be played only against NCP not other players.

Now, this is interesting. Considering the cutscene where Shinobu has the one guy's head, I think the other playable characters will have boss fights too. But why? Is Shinobu trying to reclimb the ranks of the UAA? I mean, in the original NMH, Shinobu is the only ranked assassin who doesn't die, so... we have no idea what happens, rankwise, to assassins who lose, but live.

What about Henry, too? What is HE doing? Judging by his apparant unawareness about Sylvia, he didn't know about the UAA.

I mean, how else did Henry know about Travis's fight with Letz Skate? Henry also explains why Sylvia is scamming people, its not like she was doing it behind his back.

But what I meant was that Henry did know about the UAA. But just never tries to stop her because she goes away alot. If he didn't know then why hasn't he ask about whats going on? Like at the end, when Travis was taking a dump, I'm sure Henry heard that guy said "Its time to die Mr.1st rank"

Shinobu I don't think is reclimbing, though its been announced that she became the best fighter in Asia.

And Henry will be a mystery until the game is released, as Suda mentioned in some released articles.
