Yea man, nice observation! I do infact hold the pick with 3 fingers. It's one of those things that whatever works for you go with it. There is an argument to be made that you miss out on things like "chicken pickin" & techniques like that, but if you're a "Rock" player that's hardly an issue anyway. I find a lot more power in attack with the 3 finger method. Just make certain you strengthen your pinky for finger picking while holding the pick. It's your stlye. Keep it!

fuuk yeah! good on the solo and the timing with riffing. I think Jake E. Lee is underestimated I guess cause he being along side Randy and Zakk or mabey more it comes down to the albums of Ozzy with Jake. He comes in third for me next to Randy and Zakk but underestimated I mean amongst alot of other guitarist. I do like the Bark At The Moon album alot! I am gonna check now but if you haven't already...man I would love to see you rip Centre Of Eternity that would be killer!

@klivevilk666 Thanks brother! I hear you, I feel like its a timing thing with when Jake was in the band, for the lack of appreciation for his playing. Knowing how to play so many of the Ozzy tunes as I do, Jake truly has the most unique & technically challenging solos out of the 3. That's saying alot for me, as Randy is the entire reason I started playing & my main influence. Zakk was good, but everything he did was a spin off of Randy. Jake was Uniquely his own player. Centre of Eternity Soon!

A Huge difference between the Eclipse 1 & the Esp Eclipse 2..which mine is.

You can get the eclispe 1 for around $800-900..I believe...it's Not the same guitar & also carries 24 frets instead of the 22 on this one.

This comes with emgs & will rival Les Pauls.

I played Les Paul only for years until this guitar came out.

I learned this song many yrs ago & just listened to the track & tightened it up.

I always though the part that start's at 1:30 was really hard, an it always kept me from fully learning this song. You played it well. Were you even using a pick at all? It's hard to tell.

The only part I don't use a pick is during the verses.

Those parts do take some discipline to play correctly.
