  • I've been watching a few of your videos. I suffered a knee injury and would really like to get my speed and vertical back to what it used to be. I had tried Air Alert since I had it already from when I was in high school but I found that it caused me a lot of pain. This exercise, especially the landing on one leg looks like it would destroy my knee. Any thoughts for guys who still want that speed and vertical leap but don't have the knees that they did back in high school?  Thanks.

  • Hey man u said after workout meal is important within 15 min..ur right...but i know that fat is bad..u need easy digestable protein+ starchy carbs and that fat is bad after workout even if good fats

  • @MrZalaba No you can eat healthy fat after your workouts!! Don't get caught up in calorie counting...just eat clean food and a lot of it!

  • Jack, wouldn't working out your hip flexor and hip abductor strengthen your broad jump? Seems to me like jumping is all in the hips and knees.

  • @Sprintzish It has a lot to do with your hips, but you need a strong posterior chain as well!! Be sure to keep watching and sharing our vids!!
