Thank you so much for your reply. I have never heard of Type I being reversed. I sure believe the body is capable of a lot and I do believe in miracles. Thanks Mooyle and I Hope You the absolute best!
Actually the body can regenerate pancreatic cells in a person with type 1 diabetes and Dr. Young has actually done this with two of his patients. I f you go on his website you can see their testimonies. I have type 1 diabetes and recently came across Dr. Young's work and now I am in the process of reading his books and transitioning to a diet that makes my body's environment more alkaline.
It's curable, I have diabetes type 1 almost two years now, i did his diet for 3 months and the doctor told me that my body is producing A LITTLE bit insulin.
This was not the case before i did the diet.
I think you can cure type 1 if you do this diet a half year.
billwynne, you have to give type 1 diabetics hope, you're just telling them what doctor do. Doctors can't even cure a simple flu.
I appreciate your stance, but have to agree to disagree. But you are right that it's not just about diet. Remember,Just because something appears to be a certain way, doesn't make it so. It appears that the ant by its structure and design is weak, but its not. An ant can lift 4-50 times it size and structure. If an ant can do that with it's genetics, what can we do as a species? It's not our genetics that limits us it's our preconcieved notions on what we CAN'T do. Can't=C (see) ant.
I believe EVERYTHING can be cured by what you eat and drink plus exercise, plus if you also incorporate the spiritual aspect as well like meditation, etc. You can get alot of information on rawfood and spirituality if you go to my channel liquidbutterflye. I am going to talk about rawfood and spirituality plus recipes ,etc. for living the rawfood lifestyle. I hope you can join me!
You have taken the truth of a great lifestyle a little too far. I may be misunderstanding your intent but would not want to leave people with the impression that you can cure ANYTHING with lifestyle habits. I like the statement, "Genetics loads the gun and lifestyle pulls the trigger." There is far too much science on genetics to neglect the truthfulness of how they play into our health.
I am not a doctor but it is my understanding that pancreatic cells cannot be restored. For Type I Diabetes your best bet is to eat right and be consistent in exercising.
It is so unfortunate. Most Type 1 is from infancy if not from birth. There are a number of culprits including dairy at too young an age. The best thing to do to avoid the effects of Type 1 is strict diet and weight control. Exercise is also very very important.
Unfortunately yes and that is why it is called 'insulin dependent'. As you know the problem is too much sugar and fat in the blood, hindering proper circulation and causing weight gain which further increases the cells resistance to insulin causing a higher demand for insulin. A terrible cycle and one that is best helped by diet and exercise. Of course there is stress management, avoiding smoking and other lifestyles that would hinder circulation or raise blood sugar.
What's with the ice??? It shocks the system & the body needs the heat level 4 proper digestion & for etc. I believe ice & cold drinks only came in2 popular use with the advent of refrigeration. It was seen as status symbol to offer & be offered a drink full of ice. I make my smoothies, shakes whatever without ice, then I can actually taste the delicious whole foods I'm eat/drinking. Like what are U trying to hide (taste-wise) or what function/benefit is there 2 ice??? I bet none but convention
@reforest4fertility This is SO true!! Please people, pay very good attention to this comment, Reforest4Fertility is so right, anytime you drink very cold beverages or have ice cream etc your body is feeling attacked, it is not natural to put such cold things in our bodies, room temperature is best, your body needs foods that are about the same temp as inside your body itself, do some research, I believe ayurvedic has that approach. PLUS just eat your food as is, avoid smoothies and such
Are there any published peer reviewed studies that document these claims? This seems like it would be pretty easy to document/prove. I'm not attacking this idea or promoting it.
Don't have ANY junk food at home. Temptation to overeat is too great to avoid eating them ALL..
Avoid eating on impulse e.g. when shopping
Only eat when hungry. This is contradictory to most other people's recommendations. I have only one major meal a ay in early afternoon. NO breakfast except white milk coffee sweetened with Nutrisweet. REASON ? I am not at all hungry.
I am old-72. So my food requirements are considerably less than younger people.
Diabetes is not a very pleasant disease to have. I had pre-diabetes some 2 years ago, mainly from being overweight. I went on a carbohydrate restricted diet and lost 10KG- 22 lbs over a period of 12 months. The main foods I gave up were high starch foods such as bread, rice, potatoes. pasta as well as foods with added sugar.
To avoid sugar cravings, I use artificial sweeteners.
Stayed the same weight-68 kg- for the last 12 months. Blood sugar levels now normal.
Great comment...there is so much people don't realize. Aspartame is also close to formaldehyde. If people care they will find out but the problem is that most people allow the mass mind to guide them...
so, along that same line of logic, one could say water(h2o) is only one atom away from hydrogen peroxide(h2o2). Why would you want to put water in your system. think about it. :) Come on guys. be real!
A low carb diet decreases the need to take any medication or wonder water. High carbohydrate diet only imposes a need for insulin to suppress high blood glucose levels. Proteins and fats do not raise blood sugar levels while ANY carbohydrate does cause blood sugar "spikes".

I do appreciate your comments. A good diet and plenty of exercise is the best way to correct Type 2 diabetes. With the complications that Diabetes presents in the case of poor circulation and other problems, many people feel that the alkaline water is a great benefit to them.
Concerning the nervous system ;the percentage that any nerve impulses going to any part in the body that is interrupted is the same percentage of brain activity. Upper cervical specific doctors can help go to( up c spine ). in other words diabetes can be caused by a nervous system that is not working right. Every one needs to know this.
Hi My husband is a dialysis patient NOT from diabetes and does not have diabetes got it through strep throat many years ago -- can he drink it??? I have seen pro's and con's on this subject - pls help. thank u
in lieu of commercialized alkaline water, i wud just like to share that instead of that, we are using a water with a slices of lemon for it to become alkaline...
I appreciate the fact that lemon will help water become alkaline but it does not charge the water nor does the lemon break the water cluster sizes down. Ionized alkaline water is Charged, Hexagonal and Alkaline. Keep up the lemon for sure and get a water ionizer for the absolute best.
yah, that's absolutely true, but my concern of using lemon to help water become alkaline was addressed more to the people who can't afford to buy an ionized alkaline water.. thanks for the info still..
Fantastic Video Channels. I'm glad to be able to see that you have the Best Youtube Selections here. Keep it up.

How about my type 1 diabetes? If I eat fruit/veg and meditate will my pancreatic cells be ressurected?
I like the idea, dont get me wrong, but the world doesent work like that I fear.

Very right. They cannot, sadly, be restored...
Life just isnt fair sometimes.
But the idea that everything can be cured using lifestyle choices is, frankly, rediculous.

They do help greatly, but in the case of type 1, there is no substitute to insulin injections. And even then the doses have to be perfect...

Stop eating artficial sweetners.
Did you know that the chemical compound of nutrisweet is one molecule away from clorine?
Why would you want to put that in your system.
Think about it.

Yes avoid artificial sweetners at all costs.
Stay away from products with High fructose corn syrup, aspartame, dextrose, syrcluse. etc.
I drive alkalinized water but I never considered that it could help w/ diabetes.

You would need an ORP meter to test for ORP more than alkalinity as well. O R P Oxygen Reduction Potential
This is just as important or more so than the alkalinity. Noting that the alkalinity is important.
