I was able to get the special edition of this game at launch for $15. I was disappointed though. I was never an MK fan so maybe that's it, but I just did not like the fighting engine. Especially the RAGE feature. The best part about was was the sweet Alex Ross designed cover and a bonus DVD that was actually REALLY well done.

How i could not want this game? Because it sucked. This was no way to treat the Mortal Kombat franchise as they were only about cashing in. Say goodbye to brutal bloody gory fatalities and say hello to pussy herioc brutalities. Also the faster characters in this game were overpowered.
