It should be "Battery Life (HOUR:MIN)!"

I live in australia. When windows 7 comes out do you think they will offer great specials on netbooks sitting on the shelves with XP?

I'm glad that they finally starting to make 12 inch size netbooks, lower than a 10 inch is way too small. And I know they can make the words bigger but still I'm used to the 13 and up screen. 12 inch is good enough.

well as far as i know i have a toshiba (laptop) thats 12" though i consider it more of a netbook since its 12" because of its size so if you consider that people have been making 12" netbooks since 2004.(or so) (prob 2003)

I use the Acer Aspire 11.6" w/ 6 cell battery. I bought it with XP due to business related software. I love the battery life, I get 8 hours. I was able to sell my 1 year old 8.9" Acer immediately which allowed me to upgrade to the 11.6".

I have the Toshiba NB 205 and I love it!  The battery life: 8.00 hours.

No, you can also get linux or Vista. Later this year or early next year you will be able to get Windows 7.
