The money comes from rejected funds in Ohio and Wisconsin. It will be used to fund high speed rail along the Chicago to St, Louis corridor. The project scheduled for completion in 2015 will create 5588 jobs per year for the first four years of design and construction. It should generate $25 million in business activity per year.
