I got mine about two years ago, so at that time there were only "SD" (standard definition) cameras available. The newest HD Flip cameras shoot extremely well for their relatively low prices, so if you're looking to buy a Flip, get an HD one.
I know you do have a title and what not, but I'm just making sure here. You can edit these videos right? (Through movie maker or any software). And can you pause a vid and then resume filming?
Yeah, you can edit them in any program (it comes with it's own little editing program, but I prefer WMM). But no you cannot "pause" per se, not with my model at least. You can take separate clips of videos, but you can't make one big clip with separate pauses...if that makes any sense...lol?
Well, the Flip Video that I have is about one and a half years old, and they have come out with a new series of cameras. If I would buy one right now, and if I wanted to spend the money, I would buy the new, HD Flip Video. It has obviously a widescreen ratio (9:16), and a better resolution. But if you are short on cash, and just want to get a nice, durable, SD camera, that one's for you.
I saw a video on amazon it has a "Built in software." i think you just plug it in then the soft ware is there or you'll probaly have to install a program is a like a arm on the side also for a usb port
Yeah, thanks, my mom and dad designed it by themselves. It's not that big from the outside, but they added a lot of cool things like a balcony, and they added a lot of spots to put plants.
This camera uses 2 AA batteries, and last's about 5 hours of being contiously on, but of course, you can only hold 1 hour worth of film! Hope this helps!
Thanks for the idea! (Questions and Comments are ALWAYS welcome!) I'll try to put it on as soon as possible, my sister is using it on a trip, so it be about 2-3 days!
goooooooooooooooooooood you have a beautiful house

Hey How Did You Mount the Cam to the bike?
MPgonecrazy 2 years ago
I took a tripod with movable/bendable legs, wrapped it around my bike frame, and secured it with some duct tape. Nothin' fancy.

is this the one with the plug in on the side or on the top?
dusty7cubs 3 years ago
The USB plug is located on the side, it flips out with just the flick of a button, its really handy because it doesn't involve any cables whatsoever!

I don't know, the pond was like a two year project in terms of design and placement, the garden itself is ongoing.

Deadmasquerade 3 years ago
Remember: The videos I took with this turn out like crap 'cause YouTube's conversions suck, so don't think this quality is what it really is...
