For eye primers, For myself I have discovered that if you take Painterly Paint pot fromMAC and then put one of the watercolors from a Mehron palette on top of that and then your shadows, not only are your colors brighter, but they last for over 12 hours without fading or creasing (and I have oily eyelids)... if you want to know where to get Mehron, just message me! It's been a lifesaver for me...
