A little tip for you carp anglers if usin groundbait which I always do don't mix with water use vegetable oil because the oil help the scent float about in the water longer, I use 1 bag of marine halibut groundbait to 1 bag of white crumb mix with oil and it works every time I've been carp fishin only around 2 year but I have never blanked try it once
@james98powell thats actually good, beats sitting there for hours with absolutely nothing. I suppose you catch plenty of fish in just 10 minutes all the time?
@james98powell the reason I only caught one fish is because I was doing the vid an explaining in a match I would be moing alot qicker thanx tightlines
i've know this method from when i first started pole fishing but i still have to say its one of the best... i fished yesterday with meat fished over micro pallets from a toss pot i had a total of 145Ibs in about 8 hours of fishing
@Xxjoshlfc123xX yeh i use round bowls when doing large amounts when bream fishing for example. Know benafit gained in using it on this vid as round bowls do mix moisture more evenly, im placing it through a fine maggot riddle so moisture is distributed evenly also a finer product achived. Thanx for your comment tight lines.
I have big fish on my other video fishing with Andy Findlay this is a demonstration video so smaller fish are easier to demonstrate but you can apply this to bigger fish with same results thanx for the cooment tight lines
yes i can see your reasoning behnd under shotting your float but does it not lead to a lot of missed bites if you have problems with your meat coming off when shipping out or when lifting into a bite try shallow frying one side of your hookbaits at home in a tiny bit of goose fat for 20-30 seconds it puts a nice hard skin on one side it works a treat either that or use polony its a lot tougher
I do use polony in the summer I use the softer bait in winter because it has more natural oils were bites are more shy just like fishing the paste you have to be prepared to keep rebating. I've tried harder meat in winter but it hasn't been as successful. I can understand ur thinking behind pan frying but u loose the natural flavour from the meat also the fish prefer a softer bait in colder times that's why sweetcorn is such a good bait thanx for ur comment tight lines
Yes it's under shoted because if the meat comes off it will rise but you get quite a few line bites so under shoting makes it Easyer to detect more positive bites so you don't strike too early and have to keep rebating thanx for the comment tight lines

I fish some open matches down at makins & just got the chance to fish one on one with him he let me film it an i thought it would be helpful to beginners to learn from the master.
you could use a hair rig for your meat, might keep it on more?

Personnally, i would have fished with a lighter float, 0.20gr that would have a shorter bristle. One or 2 droppers, even if it is really shallow....
But your video is good, thanks ;)
