The bills will NOT be able to shut down those sites but block them from being accessed locally. Which isn't even fully true because there are more tech savy ways of still accessing them. Stop Sopa and Pipia.

The PIPA bill is targeted mainly at blocking "Foreign" content, and people in the US think "Foreign" people should care about that. Well guess what:

1) There are no borders on the internet, so the whole "Foreign" thought is wrong to begin with.

2) The world is WAY WAY bigger than the US alone.

I'm all against censorship and rulings made by morons, but we should fight together and fight the world leaders. PIPA/SOPA is just a fraction of the problem.
