@demonsoulzx No. You never really want to harvest more than you need because it's a waste if you can't spend it. To spend that extra gas, he needs more minerals that he could or should be spending elsewhere.

And Tyler lost because he wasn't macroing back home. If he threw down a maybe 4 Gateways, he would've won just walking Zealots into Jinro's main, especially if he got Zealot Charge.

@Oreoclan it is in no way a waste to harvest that tiny bit more as he does not need to invest anymore than to do so. It's like deciding to saturate your gold mineral patches before your blue mineral patches. Why would you ever saturate the blue first if both are just as safe a mining place? Having extra gas just means he could bank it and for a terran, gas is almost never an "extra" income.

@demonsoulzx It's completely different with mineral patches. You can EASILY spend minerals. Gas requires minerals on top in order to spend them. You will NEVER see a unit that's 0 minerals and 50 gas. Jinro is going an infantry heavy build, which means you need minerals much more than gas. As a result, he would have a lot of extra gas if he doesn't expand again. I mean, if Jinro decides to send 2 workers to mine gas, then it could be okay, but he's down a little bit of gas income.

@Oreoclan like you said, he could've just sent in 2. That would have the same effect on gas mining with an extra scv to mine minerals that he needed. I mean in the end, he got all the geysers up, but i don't think there was any reasoning to pick less gas over more in that situation

I'm really surprised that discusses one of the GSL map pool maps, many many on now, as if he's just becoming aware of it. As he himself points out, this is THE SC2 tournament, and it has the best production, casting, and games.

He should be watching the GSL himself, and he should be aware of standard openings on these maps.

Wow he had some pretty terrible colossus micro when he was inside Jinro's base, I noticed he was attacking barracks while his stalkers were fighting marauders. Tyler would easily have won if only he threw up more gateways...terrible multitasking but this just proves why Jinro is the better player because of his multitasking capability.

@Saintironarm husky has more subs for a few reasons. 1. He has been on youtube for a very very long time compared to day9. 2. Day9 saves most of his videos on blip.tv, the best place to view his vod's on. 3. Most of day9's fans watch him live, so the vod's often go unwatched.

Its not just because "husky is coooooler" or "he is entertaining". Day9 is/was a proffesional player and knows alot more information because of that. Husky has been getting better, but overall day[J] is a better caster
