sorry, i didnt see all the other vids you had out. But i am taking notes and have subscribed to your page. I am new to the deadlift but i tried 405 the other night for grins and pulled it off. I need to start from scratch though. I want to try your grip next time i hit the gym.
ive never thought abt doing tates w bands cant wait to try them i do alot of skulls with bands and pushdowns

Your hips can move, but your butt has to remain in contact with the bench the whole time.
