Sorry, but no. your best bet to if you want to keep your color on your rims is take off your brakes. But if you want brakes, you are going to need a chrome back rim. There is no way to keep the paint on forever with breaks.

or you can buy clear brake pads and they will stop it taking of the paint if u dont kept riding in wet and getting them dirty in the wet
