I have talked with Frank from back when his signs all read "IMPEACH JOHNSON, FORD REAGAN." That was back in '96. I've found him in distant cities for almost any event. I used to see him outside the courthouse during the Scott Peterson trial. Frank is a good sport and actually informative on most subjects. He seams to always return to the same few delusions: Galaxies, His celebrity status and sex orgies for the first ladies.(my favorite) Best part is, he's made the celebrity thing become reality.
