However I take excellent care of my body....I run 6/8 miles a day and I lift weights every other day.

I only date women with that kind of drive.

Also the "ideal" weight you should always add 5/10 pounds.

Now let me tell you why that is a faulty resource: It doesn't take muscular tissue into account, only adipose (fat). Muscle weighs more than fat. Therefore, any amount of fat you could have would throw it off. The reason we still use the BMI chart is because of total ignorance to it's flaws.
