If this is the one with the listening devices at the port, no, I didn't finish it in one try. I had a lot of time and only one device left, but I got cocky and tried to take a shortcut.
I ended up getting stuck inside a wall...

Well, the game made me do one mission again after I completed it once succesfully and it autosaved my progress.
I didn't even think it would put me through it again, so when I saw the same cutscene and skipped it, of course the game autosaved and I was forced to do it again.
