I lived there for 40 years and have seen them on a couple of occasions while diving off of Sandy Point (you'd have to get there by boat as foot traffic isn't allowed unless going with a tour to see the turtles lay eggs or hatch).

i live on stx for 15 years born and raised and i never saw a dolphin

I'm not sure what to say, but I grew up in STX and yearly dolphins were known to be in the Salt River area. This is nothing new. BTW...nice footage.

I'm from St.Croix also never knew Dolphins was in the area..Look how friendly it is..How long did the dolphin hang around?
