i shortened me list:
reason 1: i could give me hacked friend 500m to help him rebuild his bank, and help him getting his dream item divine spirit shield.
reason 2: i could give me bestfriend/neighbour some cash, runescape is very hard for him because he can't read/type english, because of his dislexian

1.)Reason why i need this account giveway is because rs has been such a hassle for me, ive never had that golden tounge. Something you probably dont want to hear is that ive never had much cash

1) Im only allowed to play 1 hour a day, So I can only do green dragons for one hour, this way I cant really get rich.
2) I am an experienced player, before my parents decided that i could only play 1 hour a day, I got 99 strength, range, magic, attack and woodcutting. Ive been playing for around 5 years now.

1 : This would honestly mean a lot to me after the 400m I lost due to a glitch in a stake. (Opponent summoned Steel Titan in a non-summoning area)
2: I'd continue with my staking routine which will fill in my day when I'm not @ work. :p

20B.. it's a lot for one guy. After transferring this money to my main, I would love to give around 5B to my currently greatest friend. She is amazing and she's been helping me with some personal issues. With the rest, I would keep around 10B and give 4 great friends 1B each and, then, give a lower level player 1B so long as he proves to be a good enough person. The first reason why i would deserve this account is
1. I like to keep my account secure with a bank pin etc. try to invest my money to keep the account the way it is.
2. Put money on prayer to get 99 prayer or 95 to have curses and be a good pker
3. I would invest money on the combat skills to make this account the best pker you could see. And lastly i have never had a 99 skill before
